Dan served as a BSN North committee member for 4 years before then assuming the
role of regional Chair in March 2022. Dan joined the BSN North committee as a first
year trainee and sees BSN as central to the development of his career. As such, Dan
is passionate about paying forward the opportunities he received and providing careers advice, sponsorship, networking opportunities, and work experience opportunities to students and other aspiring solicitors from minority backgrounds.
Dan is also a Senior Associate at Eversheds Sutherland specialising in commercial dispute resolution. He advises and acts for clients in a range of sectors, including aerospace, industrials, and technology. Dan has recent experience acting for seven high-profile clients in complex High Court litigation and was part of a multi-disciplinary team that successfully defended the clients at a six week trial. Dan is equally adept at advising clients on discrete pre-litigation disputes and has particular experience
advising on supply chain issues.
Dan also sits on the Manchester Law Society Council and several of its sub-committees.
