Summary
These sessions are designed to help prepare for both the judicial Salaried Employment Tribunal judge and Recorder roles launching on 18 June 2018. With over 200 judicial vacancies available for solicitors with at least five years PQE, business psychologist Ms. Manjula Bray will also be on hand to offer a practical mock exercise to illustrate the JAC evidence-based selection process. This event will also address how to meet the JAC competency requirements, which is invaluable for all solicitors with any interest of holding a future judicial post. You will have an opportunity to gain a deeper insight into the judiciary and develop your judicial contacts by networking with peers.
