This is the 10th edition of the annual Diversity League Table report.

The panel will consider some of the more challenging aspects of diversity and inclusion. In many firms there are more applications from women than men. At a slower rate, BME applications are also increasing, as too is recruitment for both groups. However the retention, or attrition, rates of mid-level women and BME lawyers is still an issue. But it’s not an issue faced solely by the legal profession.

As in previous years we anticipate a lively panel discussion.
