BSN City Group and Midlands are excited to invite you to the first event in our new series on Authenticity entitled Imposter Syndrome: Finding your power with Caroline Flanagan, author of Be The First, international speaker and certified coach.
Against the odds, Caroline made it from humble beginnings in Birmingham to Cambridge University, and then to the City as a finance lawyer at a magic circle firm. Caroline became familiar with being one of, if not the only, Black individual in prestigious white spaces and the struggles that come with it.
For many of us, the battle for success can be a battle against Imposter Syndrome. Fear of failure? Self-doubt? Feelings of inferiority? Unable to own your achievements or success? Do you struggle with this mindset or want to be able to support colleagues who do? If so, this event is for you!
In this seminar event, Caroline will unpack the root causes of Imposter Syndrome and provide practical tools on how to solve it and unlock more of your potential and confidence.
Join us on 29 April as Caroline journeys through her experiences and shares practical advice for those going through the same struggles.
