Creating Pathways Through Mentoring and Sponsorship

This programme is aimed at developing and promoting inter-firm and cross-firm mentoring relationships between senior lawyers and mid-level BME associates (2-5) PQE in private practice and in-house in the City. The launch event will feature a unique opportunity to hear from thought leaders on BME talent management and to discuss the importance of mentoring and sponsorship in addressing BME professional development and progression. There will also be an opportunity to discuss this unique programme further and register your interest in participating in it as a sponsor/mentor or charge/mentee at the launch event.
